Today, many of us get movie rentals all the time. Normally they wait for the DVD to come out, in preference to watching films at the movie theaters. Here is a short list of some of the most popular DVD rentals in November 2008.

INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL: Indiana is back in action, after a 19 year hiatus. This is the most recent movie in the Indiana Jones series. In this movie Mr. Jones it's the cold war, and the Russians are the enemy. The Soviets are looking for ancient relics called the Crystal Skulls, which are thought to have secret powers
THE LAZARUS PROJECT: One time crook Ben Garvey seems to have gotten his act together. With a loving family, and a job that pays the bills, things are pretty darn good. Then, he gets fired from his job, and reverts to his old life of crime. The heist is a complete failure, and he winds up on death row. He expects the lethal injection to kill him. Incredibly, he now finds himself in a psychiatric ward. He now struggles for his sanity, and his spritual well being.

LINEWATCH: Michael Dixon (Cuba Gooding Jr.) is a respected boarder agent in New Mexico, and life seems to be good. Now, things in his past are about to rear it's ugly head. He was a member of a viscious L.A. gang, before final breaking away. When a chance encounter exposes his whereabouts to his old gang, he and his family are put in a potentially deadly situation. For the sake of his family, he will take a huge risk, and make sure that gang leader drake is able to safely move illegal drugs into the U.S.

THE INCREDIBLE HULK: This film is about Military scientist Dr. Bruce Banner, who has been changed into a creature called the green Hulk. This feature film is based on the marvel comic hero, the Incredible Hulk. Edward Norton is the top star in this film. The director is Louis Leterrier. The film genre is sci-fi/action.

DECEPTION: Audiitor for the elite, Jonathan McQuarry meets corporate lawyer Wyatt Bose. This is a meeting that changes his life forever. He learns about "The List", which offers a steamy sexual pleasures. But, he also finds himself in a scene full of deceipt, underhandidness and death.

JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH: On a mission to discover what happened to his brother, professor Trevor Anderson explores caves in Iceland that sends him into the depths of our planet. This is another version of the 1959 production, which was based on the classic work by celbrated writer Jules Verne. This sci-fi adventure stars Brendan Fraser, and Anita Briem.

THE HAPPENING: Science teacher Elliot Moore, along with his wife and some friends are all fleeing Philadelphia on a train. The city has been thrown into chaos. Citizens are being affected by some strange illness, and are taking their own lives. Can we solve this dilemma, or are we approaching the finish of the human race?

IRON MAN: Weapons developer, business mogal, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is captured by insurgent fighters in Afghanastan. They demand him to create weapon systems for the insurgent group. He was hurt when his convoy was attacked, and has shrapnel stuck in his chest. To overcome his wound, and make his get away, he designs a suit of armor, that makes him super strong. Iron Man, a new super hero has arrived.

SPEED RACER: An anime-cartoon evolves. Much like the movie The Flinstones, Speed Racer turns a cartoon into a feature film with actors. Speed Racer is a young man who loves racing. His goal is to win The Crucible, a major rally car race that had taken the life of his older brother. Against the odds, and his families business at stake, he suprisingly teams up with his enemy of the past, Racer X, in a last ditch effort to give himself a chance to win, and save the family business.
