WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama unveiled a multi-trillion-dollar spending plan Thursday that would boost taxes on the wealthy, curtail Medicare, lay the groundwork for universal health care and leave a string of deficits dwarfing any in the nation's history.

In addition to sending Congress his $3.55 trillion budget plan for 2010, Obama proposed more immediate changes that would push spending to $3.94 trillion in the current year. That would result in a record deficit Obama projects will hit $1.75 trillion, reflecting the massive spending being undertaken to battle a severe recession and the worst financial crisis in seven decades.

As part of the effort to end the crisis, the administration proposes boosting the deficit by an additional $250 billion this year, enough to support as much as $750 billion in increased spending under the government's rescue program for banks and other financial institutions. That would more than double the $700 billion bank bailout passed by Congress last October.

Obama, in a morning briefing, spoke of "hard choices that lie ahead." He called his budget "an honest accounting of where we are and where we intend to go."

But Republicans contended Obama was avoiding hard choices in favor of exploding the deficit and raising taxes.

"The American people deserve a budget that puts fiscal discipline and jobs first. The budget offered by the Obama administration fails on both counts," said Rep. Mike Pence, the chairman of the House Republican Conference.

The administration calls the request for additional bailout resources a "placeholder" in advance of a determination by the Treasury Department of what will actually be needed.

The spending blueprint Obama sent Congress was a 134-page outline with further details to come in mid to late April, when the new administration sends up the massive budget books that will flesh out the plan.

Ponsel yang dirancang khusus dan terbatas hanya dibuat delapan unit di seluruh dunia ini dijual sekitar 13 juta yen atau sekitar Rp 1,4 miliar per unit pada 1 November. ”Delapan ponsel itu habis terjual pada 3 November,” ujar Katsuhide Furuya dari Softbank Mobile.

Jepang selama ini dikenal sebagai pasar barang mewah terbesar di dunia, di mana hampir semua orang dari 127 juta penduduk Jepang memiliki ponsel. Tokyo - Dari semua virus komputer yang terdeteksi, 53,7% di antaranya diprogram untuk menyebar melalui peranti flashdisk. Alhasil, jumlah virus yang menginfeksi secara otomatis sesaat setelah flashdisk terhubung ke komputer, meningkat drastis.

In this simple tutorial I’m going to guide you through the process of installing Wordpress on a cPanel hosting account. It is really easy and with this guide you will master Wordpress installation yourself easily.
Note: It is also possible to install Wordpress on a non-cPanel hosting account, but it is easier with cPanel, so I’m going to explain this option.

1.) You need cPanel web hosting plus a domain name. I would recommend you using BlueHost - it’s an ideal web host for Wordpress and they have great support as well (they got the 2008 Best Support Award)
2.) Once you have your web hosting account with a domain name set up, log in to your cPanel account.
3.) In the cPanel select “Fantastico” (or Fantastico De Luxe)

Meet the Multiplier

Usually, overclocking is done by increasing the FSB - front side bus - frequency, or by increasing the CPU's frequency multiplier. Here is how this works. If you have a FSB of 400 MHz, and your CPU's clock frequency (speed) is 4 GHz, that means that you have a CPU multiplier of 10. By increasing the multiplier to 12, you will increase the frequency of the CPU to 4,8 GHz. On some computers, setting the multiplier can be done from the BIOS, while on others, you need to manually set the jumpers from the motherboard, so you will need to open the case and use your motherboard manual to locate those jumpers. Keep in mind that you must increase the multiplier one notch at a time and stop if your computer shows any problems.

Play with the FSB

While on some computers, you can adjust the multiplier of the CPU, others have the multiplier locked by factories, in order to prevent overclocking. The second method is to increase the FSB frequency. This method speeds up your CPU, but also, it will make all your computer components work faster as the FSB is the link between all of them and the CPU.

Always exercise caution when calibrating your FSB's clock speed: crashes usually ensue when first tweaking out your FSB, so you may need to experiment with memory and voltage settings in your PC's BIOS to stabilize your system.

Overclocking your PC is a great way to squeeze every bit of performance out of your CPU; after all, you paid for it; why not get what you paid for?

In 1970, Stephen Stills sang a song reminding us that if we can’t be with the one we love, we should love the one we’re with.

It is a timeless message, one that echoes through the literature and songs of virtually every spiritual tradition - from love your enemies to love is all you need. And in these days of division and polarization, it’s a message we need to remember and heed.

There is an analogous message in the world of work. I am a big believer in finding and doing work you love to do. But I’m also realistic enough to know it’s not always possible for people to find, or to create, their “dream jobs.”
And I know from the daily personal experience of managing the Values Coach corporation that even for those of us who are fortunate enough to love our work, there’s still an awful lot of work that must be done which is very difficult to love. But that work must be done in order to earn the right to do the work you do love.

And this is where Stephen Stills’ message applies to us in our everyday work. If you can’t be doing the work you love, then love the work you do. Do it for yourself and your own happiness. Do it so you don’t drag home bitterness and resentment at the end of each day to inflict upon your family. Do it so you don’t infect your coworkers with your negativity. Do it because a country full of disengaged workers will not compete in a global economy against countries where workers are engaged.

The Gallup poll shows that the current percentage employees who are truly engaged with their work is only 29%. According to Gallup, fully 54% of workers are not engaged (i.e. they are just going through the motions, sleepwalking their way through each day), while an appalling 17% of employees are actively disengaged (these are the ones who actively seek to undermine their organizations - and in the process threaten the security of their own jobs and those of coworkers).

I understand the excuses someone might give for not making the effort to put love into their work. Sure, you might think you’re underpaid - love the work anyway. Sure, the CEO might be overpaid - don’t do it for him or her, do it for yourself, for your family and for your coworkers.

Some 2,500 years ago, a very wise man named Ecclesiastes discovered, after a lifetime of searching, that the secret to a fulfilled life is this: Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might. If you can’t be doing the work you love, love the work that’s been put before your hand to be done.

Virus Donal Bebek dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic dan terdeteksi sebagai VbWorm.QXE. Salah satu ciri khas virus ini adalah mengandung kata "Bulu Bebek".

Bulu Bebek menyembunyikan folder/subfolder pada flash disk dan membut file duplikat sesuai dengan nama folder/subfolder tersebut untuk mengelabui user. Untuk membersihkannya, simak langkah berikut ini:

1. Sebaiknya putuskan komputer yang akan dibersihkan dari jaringan (jika terhubung ke Local Are Network/LAN)
2. Disable "System Restore" untuk sementara selama proses pembersihan berlangsung (jika menggunakan Windows ME/XP).

3. Matikan proses virus yang sedang aktif di memori, untuk mematikan proses virus ini gunakan tools pengganti taks manager seperti procexp, kemudian matikan proses virus yang mempunyai icon "Folder".

4. Repair registry Windows yang sudah diubah oleh virus. Untuk mempercepat proses tersebut salin script dibawah ini pada program notepad kemudian simpan dengan nama repair.inf. Jalankan file tersebut dengan cara:

Jika Folder Option belum muncul, sebaiknya LogOff komputer terlebih dahulu kemudian tampilkan file yang tersembunyi. Setelah file duplikat ditemukan, hapus file yang mempunyai ciri-ciri:

* Ukuran file 53 KB
* Ekstensi EXE
* Type File "Application"

6. Tampilkan kembali file/folder pada Flash Disk yang sudah disembunyikan. Untuk menampilkan file yang disembunyikan, Anda dapat menggunakan bebarapa tools alternatif seperti Batch File Utility atau dengan menggunakan perintah ATTRIB.

Berikut cara menampilkan file/folder yang disembunyikan dengan menggunakan ATTRIB:

* Klik "Start"
* Klik "Run"
* Ketik "CMD", kemudian tekan tombol "Enter"
* Pindahkan posisi kursor ke drive Flash Disk

Perempuan dengan berat badan yang normal namun memiliki payudara yang besar biasanya memiliki jumlah Mammary Gland (zat penghasil susu .red) yang banyak. Jumlah mammary gland tersebut yang biasanya menaikkan risiko kanker payudara.

AdSense adalah program kerjasama periklanan melalui media internet yang diselenggarakan oleh Google. CPC (Cost Per Click)

Looking at Google's stock price, it's obvious that keyword marketing can and does payoff for a large number of companies. The problem is most don't have the knowledge or expertise to make keyword marketing convert at a rate that allows them to continue using the service, much less expanding on it. So they end up throwing a bunch of money to be #1 for a week or a month for an ultra competitive keyword only to end up spending a ton of money and not having many customers to show for it

First - Stop Bidding on the Wrong Keywords

Most people I talk to ended up bidding on keywords that aren't relevant to their site. As a surfer, there is nothing more annoying than doing a search, clicking on a link, and not finding what you're looking for. If you have an online store that only sells "oak furniture", don't waste your money and surfers time bidding on "pine furniture" and "mahogany furniture" just because they are similar and the Google keyword wizard recommends them to you. Second - Don't be the Number One Keyword Listing

So many keyword campaigns I get handed have the site owner paying out the nose to be #1 for a high quality keyword. I consider the top spot to be the "Kill Zone" because all the lookee-loo's will absolutely kill your conversion rate. So instead of paying $1.25 or $4.00 to be in the top spot, just throttle back and pay about half of what the top spot person is paying to have everyone look at their site but not not buy anything. If you move back, but still stay on the 1st page you will lower your "per-click" cost which will give you more margin. With the money you save, use it to bid on other keyword phrases to make up for volume loss.
Third - Add the Keyword Tracking Code

Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing provide a snippet of code that you need to put on your site. Why? It will tell you exactly what you are spending on each keyword and when you get a sale from that keyword. It is flat out a must have if you're going to be spending any kind of money on paid search.

How do you make money from the Google Adsense Program? What AdSense Tips can you share with us? I have been asked this question so many times in the past few weeks that I thought I should write something on the topic. It seems increasingly bloggers want to try to cover their hosting and ISP costs with some revenue from their blog - and increasingly they’re doing it and are able to make a few (or quite a lot) dollars on the side. Many are turning to Google’s Adsense program.

Whilst the agreement you sign with Google stresses that you are not allowed to give specific information about your earnings from the program I can say that I’m glad I’ve signed up because its well and truly covered my costs - and then some. In fact I think its quite feasible to expect that Adsense coupled with other strategies for making money from Blogging could quite easily generate a decent living. It takes time and hard work, but I think its very doable. (Update: Since writing this series I’ve revealed that I am now looking at making over a six figure income this year in 2005 from blogging).

So how do I make money from Google Adsense? Let me share some AdSense Tips that heve helped me.
This will be the first in a series of posts on this topic. Let me say up front I’m no expert - there are a lot of people out there making a lot more money than I am using Adsense - however most of them are not telling their secrets - well not for free anyway. I’ve got no secrets to hide and am willing to share what I’ve learnt since I signed up for the program 8 months ago. If you want a REAL expert’s opinion on Adsense I’d recommend buying Joel Comm’s What Google Never Told You About Making Money with Adsense E-Book. Joel earns $15,000 per month from Adsense and has some good things to share.

I know some bloggers are put off or offended by the idea of making money from blogging so I’ll try not to let these posts dominate my blog - however if you are not interested in the topic, simply skip over these posts.I am going to assume a few things in this series to cut down the amount of introductory comments I have to make. Here is what I am assuming:
You have a blog. Whilst most of the following tips will apply to other types of websites I run Adsense on blogs and will speak from that experience.

Tekhnik Tingkatkan Dollar Adsense Anda dengan High Paying Keywords

Bagi anda para pemula di adsense, jika telah mengikuti langkah-langkah yang disebutkan dalam tiga artikel saya sebelumnya (adsense, niche, dan adwords), berarti sekarang anda sudah punya sebuah web atau blog yang sudah ditempelin iklan adsense. Ibarat jualan toko sudah jadi, sekarang tinggal mencari pembeli, atau traffic situs anda. Ada banyak cara untuk meningkatkan traffic, seperti dari search engine, forum, komunitas, mailing list, ezine publishing, pay per click advertising dan lain-lain. Namun sebelum mempromosikan situs anda, ada baiknya dilihat lagi tema atau niche situs anda, apakah kata kunci di situs termasuk kata kunci yang dibayar tinggi atau high paying keywords (HPK) atau tidak, agar aktivitas promosi anda tidak sia-sia dan bisa menghasilkan income yang berarti.

Catatan : Tulisan ini dalam konteks jika tipe situs anda adalah tipe marketer yang menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan tuntutan market, bukan berdasarkan pada hobi atau keahlian anda.

High Paying Keywords (HPK) adalah kata-kata kunci yang mempunyai nilai pay per click (PPC) yang tinggi, tentu setiap adsenser ingin iklan yang muncul di situsnya mempunyai nilai PPC yang tinggi, bagaimana cara agar iklan HPK ini muncul, ya tentu saja dengan membuat situs dengan tema / niche High Paying Keyword. Berapa sih nilai keyword yang bisa disebut HPK? Itu sih relative, tapi menurut saya keyword dengan nilai PPC lebih besar dari 10 dolar per klik sudah termasuk HPK
Untuk ilustrasi lebih jauh, contohnya sebagai berikut : Misalkan anda mempunyai dua buah situs, misalkan situs pertama dengan topic A yang mempunyai nilai PPC rata-rata 1 dolar per klik, sedangkan situs kedua dengan topic B mempunyai nilai PPC yang termasuk HPK dengan nilai 12 dolar per klik. Untuk mempromosikan situs , usaha yang anda keluarkan sama (kalaupun beda pasti tidak terlalu jauh), dan diakhir bulan hasil klik yang anda dapatkan kutang lebih sama, misalkan 100 klik untuk kedua situs. Berapa pendapatan masing-masing situs ? situs pertama dengan topic A dapat 1 dolar dikali 100, sama dengan 100 dolar, situs kedua dengan topic B yang bernilai HPK dapat 12 dolar kali 100, sama dengan 1200 dolar, jauh sekali kan bedanya?. Bisa diibaratkan seperti manajer di Indonesia dan Amerika yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan sama, mempunyai posisi dan pekerjaan yang sama, kemampuan sama, tapi gajinya beda, karena yang di Amerika mempunyai nilai High Paying Keywords J….

Pertanyaan selanjutnya, bagaimana menemukan high paying keywords? Ini memang susah-susah gampang, untuk mengetahuinya anda perlu melakukan trial di Google Adwords ( lihat artikel adwords sebelumnya untuk mengetahui cara membuat account), masukkan satu keyword dan cek berapa PPC-nya., dari pengalaman, kata-kata yang termasuk HPK adalah keyword di bidang keuangan seperti insurance, loan dan frasa-frasanya ( auto insurance, home loan, etc, silahkan dikembangkan lagi dengan tools di adwords), atau yang berhubungan dengan internet sendiri, seperti domain name, server hosting, pay per click, search engine marketing dan sejenisnya.

OK, sekarang jika anda sudah menemukan keyword yang bernilai HPK, sebelum mengimplementasikannya, ada satu test atau pengecekan lagi yang perlu dilakukan, yaitu apakah iklan yang ditampilkan relevan dengan HPK yang anda bidik?. Ini sanagt perlu, karena meskipun situs anda mempunyatema yang sesuai dengan HPK, tetapi iklan yang kelaur tidak relevan dengan HPK, ya sama saja sia-sia. Sebagai contoh coba bandingkan dua website berikut http://ppcsem.blogspot.com/ dan http://insurance-guide.blogspot.com/ . Kedua situs tersebut mempunyai High Paying Keywords, yang pertama situs dengan topic pay per click dan search engine marketing, yang kedua tentang insurance. Coba perhatikan iklan yang keluar dari situs diatas. Yang pertama , iklan Ads by Google yang ditampilkan sejalan atau relevan dengan isi website , artinya isi situs berhasil mencapai target, sedangkan yang kedua kurang sejalan atau ada yang tidak relevan, , padahal umur situs http://ppcsem.blogspot.com/ lebih pendek dari http://insurance-guide.blogspot.com/ ,dan artikelnya lebih sedikit, kenapa situs yang kedua tidak menghasilkan iklan yang relevan? Karena keywords insurance meskipun termasuk HPK, dia tidak bernilai global, maksudnya para pengiklan insurance hanya mau iklannya muncul di Negara tertentu saja, misalkan amerika atau eropa, tidak di seluruh dunia, karena kebutuhan untuk produk insurance belum merata secara global. Sedangkan untuk keyword pay per click, merupakan HPK yang bernilai global, dan targetnya bisa berlaku di seluruh dunia.

Jadi, kesimpulannya, jika situs anda bertipe marketer penyedia informasi, pilihlah topic yang mempunyai High Paying Keyword, setelah mendapatkan HPK, lakukan tes dan seleksi, pilih HPK yang bernilai global, sehingga iklan yang keluar di situs anda juga bernilai tinggi

Untuk itulah SanDisk mengembangkan USB yang dapat melindungi data dari serangan virus pada USB Cruzer Enterprise miliknya. Perusahaan anti virus McAfee pun digandeng sebagai penyedia antivirusnya.

Computerworld yang dikutip detikINET, Kamis (23/10/2008) melansir, setiap file yang akan dicopy atau disimpan ke dalam USB secara otomatis akan discan oleh antivirus engine McAfee. Jika ada file yang terdeteksi bervirus dari PC, maka file tersebut akan ditolak agar tidak menyebar.

Soal masalah data hilang, SanDisk sendiri telah menautkan sistem enkripsi Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 bit pada USB Cruzer-nya.

Kombinasi antivirus dan AES ini diyakini dapat melindungi konsumen dari kehilangan data serta kemungkinan USB terinfeksi malware ketika terhubung ke PC yang terinfeksi virus. Tidak disebutkan berapa harga USB ini.

I’ve just read a good news from Blogger Buzz - the embedded comment form is brought out of Blogger In Draft and now is available to everyone. This is probably the most requested feature for Blogger, and I’m sure many of you will want to use this straight away! This feature puts the comment form at the bottom of each post page, below the comments, instead of on the separate, Blogger-styled page.

The embedded comment form is more convenient for your readers because they can use it to post a comment immediately, without clicking over to a different page.

Features of the embedded comment form

“Comment as”: Choose your profile when commenting. You can use your Google account, OpenID, Name/URL and all of the settings previously available when using a pop-up or full page comment form (depending on the settings you have chosen).

“Preview” button: Preview your comment before it is published

“Subscribe” link: If you’re logged in to Blogger with your Google Account, you can also subscribe to comments via email by clicking the “Subscribe” link. You don’t need to post a comment to subscribe

How to enable the embedded comment form

To enable the embedded comment form for your blog, go to the Settings -> Comments page and look for the Comment Form Placement setting. Change it to Embedded below post, save your settings, and go check out a post to see the new form in action.
